Requesting a personal ride has never been easier on Uber Lite— Here’s how it works in four steps:

Open the app
Confirm where you are and tap to select your destination
Choose a vehicle type
Confirm your ride

What happens after you request?
Your location and destination information is shared with your driver so they know where to pick you up and drop you off.

Once you've requested a ride, the app will show you all the information you need about your upcoming trip, including your driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, progress toward your destination, and their time to arrival.

When your trip is over, pay in cash. Uber Lite does not accept digital forms of payment at this time.

Worst app ever. Shows price fluctuations daily for same place and same time. Has no price transparency policy. Moreover, I had to reach at the exam centre and after booking cab,driver made me wait for more than 17mins and after that cancelled the ride. As a result I was not able to reach at the exam centre on time. Also, uber lite has worst customer support services. Now I am unable to open the app as I have registered complaint in NCH against uber.I will escalate the matter to Consumer forum.

Worst cab booking experience ever. Booked a ride and the driver canceled within 2 minutes. Tried again, fare was suddenly higher, waited 15–20 minutes, and the driver canceled again. Even booking from another number didn’t help-same story, canceled after 10 minutes. Wasted my time, money, and patience. This app is unreliable and completely useless when you actually need a cab. Customer support is nonexistent, drivers face no consequences, and the app clearly doesn't care about users time.

This app deserves 2.5 stars. It doesn't make it easy to use current location I often have to type it in before it shows up. Now the app won't open even though I just upgraded and their map sucks. However when it works, the service is good, I hear people say the initial price change after they've confirmed but I never experienced that.
