Ratings and reviews

Fine if you're booking a room in a specific city. However, terrible if you're booking a holiday when there is no preference on country, but a specific type of rental required. It cannot search by general areas like Europe or Mediterranean, so you have to search country by country. However, the map fails to refresh even within this limited area. Any change to search area then resets all your filters. Using this app has been tedious, frustrating and far slower to use compared to AirBnB

Great if you want to be up until 3 AM with customer support, trying to cancel a booking they failed to send to the hotel. Excellent if you want to book a room that isn't actually available, be told by the hotel that you need to cancel through the app, then have the app say you need to contact the hotel. Terrible for everyone else. Just book directly and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Messages sent to the hotel are not showing so this is so confusing You don't know if they're delivered or not. This is my first experience and I'm not enjoying it. No value provided to me. You could just call the hotel or use other available options like Airbnb. Software company focusing on upsells through car rentals and overpriced bus tickets instead of user experience and serving the customer. If I was you I would change extra $5 and hire support team instead of this mess.
