Ratings and reviews

Works fine and have a good cost benefit. Sometimes is slow, but I believe it's related to the internet. Sometimes once per month for no reason the camera simply stops to work. Starts to blink a blue led fast. So I have to unplug and plug it again to resume to work. Faced some issues when I bought it due to some DNS from my internet provided, but customer service helped a lot identity the problem and helped me. I had issues with recording and the issue was with the SD card. Need to be a fast one.

Extremely unreliable. Sometimes it records, sometimes not. You'll get an alert for movement but there's nothing in the cloud recordings. Sometimes it just randomly disconnects for no reason, and you don't know it until it's too late. Then you're off to reconnect everything like you just bought it. This really is lousy, and I'm paying monthly for this mess.

This is a great camera. The irritating part is when it storms. Even on the lowest detection setting, it picks up lightning. That part I am ok with. I could turn off the detection but that defeats the purpose of having a camera. What I hate is the inability to delete multiple or all alerts. Having to delete each alert individually is a royal pain.
