Unfortunately the Android app does not keep up with with its counterparts on iOS and macOS. I changed my phone and was pleased to find Day One also here. As far as writing one entry is concerned, it does its work just fine but for editing and fixing all the details or managing the journs I must rely on the other apps. And speaking of synching, it seems the last entry is always missing until you actually write another one. Or other times you actually need to force sync to make it work properly.

Currently using the premium version and for some reason it doesn't allow me to upload videos to my entries and at times it would actually delete entries! There's a few a spent a lot of time writing only to find that it didn't save at all. Quite disappointing. If it keeps happening and doesn't get fixed, I'll delete the app and stick with a paper journal.

Android version doesn't save entries and the cancellation process is difficult. The android app stopped saving my entries making the entire application unreliable and pointless. The web version is also buggy. When I went to cancel the application, I got an error message which is infuriating. Then when I cancelled the subscription on Stripe, it wouldn't delete my credit card information because my subscription was active even though the plan was cancelled.
