Really like this app. I keep a ton of notes. Searchable. Good import/export, cut and paste. The only thing I don't like is how it jumps to the bottom of the note all the time if you are editing or reading. What good is that? Makes it hard to edit notes and lists. Update: Using a workaround for Samsung phones the 'jump to the bottom when editing' problem is resolved! Increased rating to 5! Woohoo!

Don't want to see the full address of an internal link when accessing one note from another - I just want to see an underlined hyperlink name. Also, clicking on the internal link has no effect in itself, it can only be accessed by clicking on the text icon on the toolbar. In my case, clicking on the text icon momentarily opens the referenced note with a blue background, but it immediately closes, depositing me back to the list of notes. Something's going wrong. Also,why no spell check in Linux?

I have been using Simplenote for years now and it has always been an invaluable companion. Unfortunately, with the most recent Updates, I have found the App becoming slower and slower. Admittedly, I have an old phone, a Galaxy S5, and I understand that technology must move forward. But the App was working so well on my phone until the last series of Updates. The most recent Update has resulted in the App slowing to a veritable crawl. It became so frustrating I practically dreaded when I had something I wanted to take a note on, since I would have to endure truly arduous speeds. Thankfully I found a solution. OLDER VERSIONS OF THE APP! It works! Just do a Google search for it. It's easy to find. I know this won't always be the case, but thankfully it is so in this case. I went with version 1.6.7, as this is the version of the App which has "Sorting of Tags Alphabetically" (absolutely essential for someone like myself who has hundreds of notes, and dozens of tags). Now the App is back to its speedy self again, and I'm back to just loving my trusty note taking friend. [BIG GRIN!] = D
