Ratings and reviews

Customer support is basically non-existent, at least in Italy. They fool you around and don't answer your questions. The amount contained in the refund vouchers is not displayed anywhere in the app, so if you have more than 1 voucher you risk to apply the wrong one to your purchase. I'll delete the app as soon as possible and don't touch it again with a 10ft pole. I'd rather lose the chance to attend events sold through this app than to deal again with their incompetent customer support.

This app is awesome and easy to use. Customer service was excellent. They answered my phone call quickly and assisted me with changing my tickets time as I had something pop up and wasn't able to attend the original time.

Tried to change tickets when your website changed the date after payment. Have lost almost £50 on this. Everyone, be very careful and double/triple check your order before confirming. We wanted an April date and ended up with a March date - the next day! Quite useless as we were not even in the country!!
