This was great while it worked. Then I changed phones and it will not reflect my paid status. The unlock code is considered "used." Support is shockingly bad. I will start a charge back with my credit card company. Update: I got a phone number for ESET. The person there figured out the issue, then had a callback scheduled for me by tech support. But I figured out that I could switch accounts on my phone and reinstall. So I have upped the rating. That said, this was a terrible experience.

I'm liking the look of new interface inside the app I truly do, but some things in this app are annoying and don't make sense. For one it sometimes won't scan updated or installed apps. And the app lock doesn't work properly when you turn dark mode on inside it. And I hate to say this but I dislike the call filter I have this feature already in my phone app so I won't use this feature , so there's no point for this to have it. So please consider removing the call filter feature.

I still have on my phone until my current subscription expires. Recently it's been blocking calls from people in my contacts. So I had to disable the call filter in this app. I'm using call filter through Verizon and they do not block my contacts. For the last week though I was missing very important phone calls. Including my son, who couldn't get through to me. Please fix soon. Update Add'l: I asked them to reconsider giving me a refund, and they issued it after the 30 day period. Thank you.
