The product is phenomenal! The renewal process has changed multiple times, and is a pain in the rear. I couldn't even get my 6-device license renewed this year! Every time I tried there was some barrier. I will try again when I feel less frustrated because I love the product, but... DAMN!

Connection error, 500 internal server error. App stopped working after renewing and upgrading ESET on my desktops and connecting them to myESET. Reinstalling the app did not work. Disconnecting VPN did not help. Error seems to be on their end. Otherwise they make excellent products. Long time user. 1 star for now until issue is cleared up. Edit 7/2/21 : Issue seems to have cleared up after an update. Thanks.

My original review was not fair. What I thought was a glitch in the app was just an update I needed on my phone. My bad! I love Eset and have been using it for all my devices for over 10yrs now. Everyone who I've recommended them to for anti-virus protection always thanks me because they deliver such impeccable software that no other company can compete with.
