I've been using this app for almost a year now, and still very satisfied with the service. Fast and secured, ideal app for sending money during emergencies 24/7. Highly recommended. There is one minor issue though when sending money, it sometimes trigger an error message upon completion of credit card payment. However, the money still arrive on its destination.

Worst experience ever! I don't know why I trusted this app. I sent 1000U$ to a friend in US more than two weeks ago through their express delivery mode and he has still not received the payment ( account number is correct and cross checked). I have contacted their help centre multiple times but to no help and they still investigating. On top of that they saying the transaction can't be reversed and I will not receive the refund because as per them the transaction is completed.

I used this app once and it was fine but last night and this morning I have been trying to send money but the site just freezes. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and I'm still getting the same freezing please fix this error ASAP I would hate to have to learn another money transfer site when I already know this one and like it. I gave 3 stars because of the freezing once it is fixed I will change it to 5 stars.
