Ratings and reviews

Overall a clean and modern app to navigate through your PayPal account. Some menus I need every time like "activity" are hidden behind some taps and menu names which are not intuitive if you are used to the desktop website. Also unfortunately you cannot enable screenshots like in some other banking apps which is an important feature for me.

After the last 2 updates, it seems like PayPal has finally got rid of the ancient sms verification method. Now transfering your money from PP to the bank account is automatic and there isn't the need to get any Sms (finally). I don't know if this is definitive or it's because some accounts have enough security level to allow that (fingerprint and 2FA). However it seems that is impossible to choose the amount to transfer. But it might have been me who simply overlooked the possibility to choose.

To me this is the absolute best and safest way to perform any sales or person-to-person financial transactions! There is also a "PayPal in 4" opportunity that allows you to make a purchase today and pay it off within 4 installments, with no interest. This can be helpful if payday is maybe a week or two away. The money would be withdrawn from a debit or credit card, or linked financial account. Reputable sellers allow PayPal, and in doing so fills out shipping destinations. Never had any problem.
