Ratings and reviews

Its great in many ways.. easy to report something on the road, the voice change setting etc. The app is very user friendly, but my main purpose is to know about congestion, accidents etc. Is happening on the road. We dont get warned before or during the trip. I cant take an alternative route when I am already in the mess. Google maps tell me about the issues on my route as soon as I say 'start'. I am typing this as I am in a traffic Jam. Had I known, I could have taken an off ramp.

This app frequently struggles to pinpoint my current location. As a result, it often wants to start the route from a random spot, making it confusing to follow the navigation instructions. This is especially inconvenient when I'm in an unfamiliar area. It has another critical issue where it mixes up "saved locations' name" with recently searched ones. This can lead to confusion and accessing the wrong location. I would appreciate the dev. team if they resolve these issues.

I noticed that the arrow tends to follow the "fastest route" instead of my actual position. For example, the fastest route tells me to turn right but I decided to go straight. The arrow in the map turns right for a while and then goes back to my actual location. And also, please fix the custom/shared voice. It's been a problem for quite some time now.
