I’m impressed. The app has a clean UI, and booking tickets is easy. It offers great features, such as exporting train tickets to your calendar. However, Google Pay doesn’t work, so I had to use a credit card instead. Payment details also aren’t saved, which means you have to re-enter them for future purchases.

Worst experience I've ever had on a train. They almost threw me out of the train just because I had upgraded to an earlier train (more expensive), but then mixed them up due to no clear signs. So I ended up paying more than double, they clearly understood the situation, but acted like empty brain robots.

Installed and used it on a daily basis. Worked fine for a few weeks and then got logged out. Impossible to log back in (invalid email or password, even though, both were correct), impossible to change password. Left it alone for a month and decided to try log in - impossible, same problems as before. Tried changing the password again - impossible. Tried even creating a new account - impossible. Lost all the loyalty points. Waste of time and effort. Worthless app, unreliable.
