Never got past registration. Cannot check prices or available cars without registering. Registration will not accept a perfectly valid email because there's a + symbol in it. Not worth the effort, will keep using Bolt Drive.

You’re right, registration is required to view prices and available vehicles. If you’d be willing to give it another try, please contact us at info@citybee.lt and we’ll help you complete the registration manually.

Overall not a bad app, but the proccess on lost items is just ridiculus. You either book the car again and pay the minimum price (CS told that it would not be refunded as "you techically used the car for 2 seconds" OR you ask the cleaning team to pick the item up, with hope that no other customer takes it, and wait for at least a week to get the item back. Even Bolt Drive refunds that money. Very sad that CityBee does not value it's customers and just wants as much money as possible.

It all works well until you get a new payment card. The app does not let you add it, it throws weird "mistake codes" on you, I called the support TWICE and they couldn't do anything about it. The worst part is that I absolutely need a rental on my daily commute and this small change has now a big impact on my life. Disappointed is an understatement...

Bzz, sorry to hear about that problem. Unfortunately, sometimes it is out of our hands and in the hands of our payments provider, when handling corner cases with some banks. If the problem persists, we suggest to try another payment card, even virtual ones like Revolut works great with our app and can be added for free just via app.
