It's a nice app, shows battery level, mileage and whether the car is charging. But remote starting climate control stopped working last year and the schedules appear to have no affect on my car. Was very useful when collecting the car after charging on a cold day. I contacted the customer support again but they have not been able to fix their cloud services. Battery status is missing about 1 week each month.

The theory is good but lots of features just do not work. Charging history is virtually non existent, as is Service history. The find vehicle feature only seems to work when the vehicle has stopped & been switched off. (not much use if it's been stolen). However the Google Maps feature which allows you to plan a route with your phone, & send it to the vehicle, does work well. In short, software & UI needs some work. Much like the software & UI in the vehicle itself!

I've had problems with this app from day one constantly disconnecting from my car. It's got to the point now where it won't connect to my car at all, and yes I have been in touch with Renault via WhatsApp which gave a full 24 hours of connectivity. Please fix this app as it has the potential to be very useful.
