After a huge number of reservations I reached the genius level 2 with a good discount and planned lots of travels. Then someone hacked my account changing the restoring email pointing to a fake address. I asked the assistance twice. They aren't able to fix the problem so I am unable to use the app anymore. Shame on you that push for more reservation to get discounts and then keep the profile unusable. Shame on you.

Putting feedback here as there's no option in the app 1) Cust. service can only be reached by phone (even for Genius Level 3), when the feedback is not related to accommodation. This is inconvenient, especially when abroad. When it does concern accommodation, it still takes several days for a response, which then refers to the accommodation even when the issue is clearly with the app 2) App switches back to displaying local currency when browsing listings even though € is preferred in settings

customer service is useless - they are working in really relaxed pace and are not able to find resolution to the problem even all the evidence is presented. An update on dev response: 1. customer service is a part of the app 2. an interaction experience of using this part of the app is the worst of its kind. It looks like nobody has ever tested it for usability.
