Ratings and reviews

The app gliched and I ended up being notified that the purchase was made for tickets I was considering/browsing at the time, as I got fever's email about a 20% discount available. I contacted the customer service straight away. The response was that the purchase is final ( not refundable or transferable), no discount cant be applied, no changes can be made but they did add that I am free to keep complaining. Poor customer service.

Went to apply a discount code ("voucher") and it accepted the code but each time I clicked on it, it would just expand the details rather than actually applying it to my order even though it had verified the code. Tried everything. When checking out, it sure enough didn't apply and I paid full price. Immediately afterwards, I contacted customer support in live chat and they told me there was nothing they could do and to try updating the app when making future orders. Poor service.

Have had a disappointing customer service experience with Fever. I booked an event that had a timed entry but was not aware. Reached out to Fever support and got a response timely (hence not 1 star) but the agent had to "escalate" the request. Basically came back to me and said the T&C's stand and wouldn't do anything. Good customer service would've been to see that there was still availability to arrive later in the day and allowed us to shift times if the price of the ticket was the same.
