very good app. 1 booking through the app was cancelled on the day due to poor weather conditions, and we were delighted the provider cancelled instead of making us go ahead with a boat rental on very choppy seas. They offered various alternative dates and when none could be found that suited our travel plans they Refunded there and then through the app.

We've never had a bad experience, and we have taken several amazing GYG tours in different countries. Every guide has been top-notch, and the experiences have all been some of most memorable anywhere. We appreciate the high quality of the activities, especially when you have limited time in a foreign land, and you can't afford to waste time or money trying to figure out where to go and what to do. Their customer service chat also is quick, easy, and efficient when you need help finding a tour.

The idea of the app is good, but the idea loses its practicality when you overpay for a trip. My family went on a tour in Bremerhaven and the app only offered the option to choose adult tickets. However, there was a family ticket and also children's tickets that were also possible of being purchased. We ended up paying 23€ more for out tour than we should have. Next time I will purchase at the location or book through another option to avoid having to overpay all the time.
