How I wish there was a rate of NO star Extremely frustrating experience with Google Ads. I keep prepaying money, yet I'm repeatedly blocked from running ads and asked to make increasingly larger payments: $10, $20, $40, and now $80. I've paid what they requested, but still can't get a clear explanation of what I supposedly owe. Support keeps sending generic responses that don't address my actual billing issue. Very disappointing.

Terrible service, though the app is handy and easy to navigate, their promises are dreadful, got awarded £150 (awarded not a promotion) for setting up fantastically with google ads only to see my award is "active" but "No data yet available" and it's just sitting there, on my account whilst I only have 14 days left for it to expire and they are still charging me!!!! I've tried contacting them, but need files to send them? what bloody files, there's no files to download or send 🤣

this app is so frustrating! I don't know why but it put an old credit card number in my account as the primary which deactivated my account, every time I try to put my business card on there again, it asks for a secondary card. when I put the secondary card on their it puts it as the primary. I've done it several times to try to work it out but every time it does the same thing. half of the buttons that are supposed to renovate you to where you need to go or not working. this app has bugs
