Ratings and reviews

In dropping my rating by another star. This app and company just keep getting worse and worse. I need to contact our upcoming hotel, but the feature to contact the hotel through the app hasn't been working for the last week. There also seems to be no way to get help from a human anymore, there is just an AI bot that can't do anything beyond cancel a booking. I'm in an awful hotel, so bad that I've had to leave in the middle of night, and I can't get any assistance with a refund.

the app simply doesn't work. can't log in, can't view reservations, keep getting the "oops, try later" message for 3 weeks now. tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. can't get to my booking using this app. horrible experience. edit: the website was dead, that's why the app wasn't working. still, happened 2 times in a row right before I urgently needed to access my booking information. you have to work on your availability - this is unacceptable.

Don't book with this site. I've had multiple stays cancelled last minute through this app. When I contact customer support, I really only get a "sorry this happened" response and no other help, leaving is scrambling to find another hotel and trying to find enough money to book another stay while we wait for the refund to come through. The company does nothing to help rectify the situation. Deleting this app.
