Ratings and reviews

In dropping my rating by another star. This app and company just keep getting worse and worse. I need to contact our upcoming hotel, but the feature to contact the hotel through the app hasn't been working for the last week. There also seems to be no way to get help from a human anymore, there is just an AI bot that can't do anything beyond cancel a booking. I'm in an awful hotel, so bad that I've had to leave in the middle of night, and I can't get any assistance with a refund.

The App is most of the time not working, always displaying a message that something is wrong at your end !... This has been happening for a long time. Can you fix it please? This is very frustrating as it does not allow me to access the bookings made !!!! sent an email to the one mentioned below, however no one replied ! As already stated, emails to your developers team are not being replied to !!. I just sent a reminder.

Cannot change language to English, cannot see messages from the hotel. While based in Switzerland, English is not selectable even though the app is available in English for other countries. When entering the chat function with the hotel, it only shows the confirmation and the data privacy warning. The message from the hotel (which is previewed on the previous screen) is not available at all.
