Ratings and reviews

I was unable to book tickets. Only at the very last step of booking the system gave message: An error has occurred. There are no seats left on this flight. I had to call the customer service, spend more then hour on the phone, the first person didn't know English well enough to make a reservation. After about hour hour of waiting in line and finally get connected, that person told me that he cannot finish booking and need to redirect my call. Another person couldn't finish the booking either.

Tremendously enshittified in the last couple of months. Immediately useful information now buried deeper under extra clicks. Pressing the "boarding pass" link always pops up the "it's not possible" notification. No option to go back to a working version - forces to upgrade.

Can't sign into your account with Google, even though you can create an account with only Google and without a password. Can only add boarding cards for one of the two passengers to Google Wallet. Can't see the boarding pass in the app again after checking in. Everything seems broken from start to finish.
