Last year my account got hacked and all my reservations were canceled and now this year my reservation was canceled as well. but they will only rebook at a higher cost. My new assumption is they are intentionally canceling in order to jack up the prices and get you to rebook for more money. Long time loyal member who has spent tens of thousands through the app. Will now be taking my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Don't be deceived in any offers from this app. It will wrecked the value of your rewards accumulated in the past. I bought in to the offer of buying 100k points and to my surprise the value of the previous points that was equal to 10 or 12 nights stay went down to 1 or 2 nights stay. It is not refundable and the customer service can do nothing about it. It is a scam.

Update 14-Feb-26: Moved to 4 stars as crash fault fixed. If stable for a few weeks, will go up to 5 stars. Original: Usually a very stable and reliable app. Recent updates have caused latency in stays loading on the app home screen (this appears to now be fixed). New issue with yesterday's update is that you cannot browse or book hotels as the app now crashes every time you click a property after doing a search.
