Cannot log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I've changed password. Nothing works. I know my information is still correct because I can log in online with no problem. The app simply doesn't work for me and with all my business travels I rely heavily on hotel and airline apps.

guys, when a hotel tells me "all rewards nights are booked up", how is that different from a blackout date? The rooms aren't sold out, but all of a sudden my points are worthless. This might also be labeled as a "bait-and-switch". I've been able to override this on the phone in the past but sometimes, a hotel manager says "no, we don't override this". This is inconvenient and makes planning difficult and makes me think twice about how many points I'll try to get next year with IHG.

I've LOVED this app, but over the past few weeks, when I open it, there's a message that there's no internet connection, even when connected to IHG wifi (I'm not using a new device). I need to restart my phone in order for the message to clear and to use the app. I've sent feedback.
