Registration is awful. the app requires too much information, for sure they are selling our data. I got an error message at the end of the registration that the card information is missing, even when the transaction has already passed and that information was on a screen before. By the time I was able to login and check if I was eligible for the lounge, boarding has started. Awful experience

the app doesn't let you register even after having tried multiple times, on different devices, different browsers. Customer support is horrendeous, an AI would have been more effective to talk to; no help, just 10 minutes of my life wasted and them telling you to send an email. 1 star is even too much here.

The app is from middle-age of the internet. If you try to edit your card details, you cant. After getting repeatedly "something went wrong" message, you go reddit and read that you have to create a new account. So you do so. But it takes forever. The app is not responding for some mandatory items (like title), human verification takes forever (I clicked like 50 times on some motorcycles and crosswalks). But finally,you got there. So 2 stars.
