Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't allow you to manage your payment method or cancel your membership. Neither does the web version. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 3 weeks. After multiple help requests (the only way to request cancellation) it got renewed anyway. Now dealing with it through my credit card issuer. Stay away!

Have an account but cannot use it, the same for all the lounges in all airports, they ask for a QR code, that I don't have, because the app does not let me get in, when I ask help to priority pass they always ignore my request, or reply very late, and it's not possible to talk with anyone live to solve my access problem, so this is is a SCAM service!!!

The description about how to reach the lounge is always very bad. It's almost never written which gate is the closest which is the easiest to locate. It looks like they don't want you to find it. Most of the lounges always full or overbooked or closed at night. The password recovery doesn't work properly (no email received in hours).
