Ratings and reviews

The quality of lounge selections, particularly in North America, is mediocre. For instance, many lounges provide cold food and limited options. Beverage selections tend to be restricted in their diversity and availability. Hospitality and the overall atmosphere in these lounges are uninspiring. Regarding the application, it is fine except for the part that often logs you out when you require it for check-in. Make the membership card QR available offline for easier access.

The app isn't showing the latest options available to me for my Priority Pass membership with my credit card. Chase Reserve no longer offers restaurant options with Priority Pass, but all the restaurant options that used to work are still showing up. Lounges that should show up do not show up on my Android version of this app. The app is great if it did show the right offerings.

hard to separate the app from the experience. if your traveling over seas, specifically Asia priority pass is generally pretty good. if your traveling domestic usa, it's basically worthless. if your traveling from a US based airport it's going to show a bunch of lounges in the international terminal, and you think it's gonna be great. you get there and none of them will accept the card. I guess you can say priority pass really has a consistency issue, and it's getting worse over time.
