On my phone the digital pass always works. There are some features I have problems with: You search for a lounge and go into multi-tasking on your phone. It resets my search. Sometimes the description of where the lounge is located is very vague or confusing. Would it be possible to add a feature where I can see which lounges I accessed? The new maps section is great. However I have to activate Bluetooth to see the map and the lounges are not visible. Thank you

Terrible! I cant update my membership number details. I cant rate any lounges. I cant insert my physical cerd details as it glitches on expiry date. I tried logging in using the correct password and it doesnt even recognize my username. Clunky interface. They are trying to abandon physical cards and get everyone using the the app, this is not going to work until they fix the problems raised.

The app is taking longer and longer to start up. It would start & stay on the Priority Pass screen at least a minute before the Menu would be accessible. App notified me to use Priority Pass+. But new app just won't accept my existing user-id or email & my country code not available for selection. Just this whole app development model went from "frying pan into the fire" model! What a let down & I will forget about these apps but just bring my physical card when I visit the airport lounges.
