They promote this app at the park because they don't hand out maps anymore. Well, maybe it's good for other things - but the "interactive" map was pretty much worthless. I guess it was GoOd that your location showed up on the map, but really not even. Nothing except rides, food, & stores were labeled... so even though you might have a pin of where you were, there was no way to reference where you were trying to go. I recommend just taking a pic of the big map at the front - it's a better option.

Overall, the app is okay. Navigation is nice. Finding rides, food, etc. on the map is convenient. Having tickets, season passes, and add-ons at my fingertips instead of on paper is nice. My only real concerns are: It really needs updated, and the daily add-ons aren't on there. There are non-existent rides and guest services kiosks on the app. Wait times are inaccurate. Daily add-ons are email only and not attached to in app tickets/passes. Other than that, it's not bad.

Needs improvement. I downloaded it, but had to go to the website to purchase season passes, because the app won't allow you to purchase them, even though it's an option. Then, once I did purchase the season passes, the app keeps erroring out, and refuses to let me add them using any and all methods. On top of that, the AI chat isn't helpful at all. It has had me on hold for at least 20 minutes now, and all I see are the 3 dots, even though no reply is coming through. I feel so uncertain.
