Topics & Techniques

Our library combines contemplative traditions with modern science, offering tools for both practice and understanding. Techniques include mindfulness (Vipassana), Loving-Kindness, body scans, yoga nidra, and nondual awareness practices from Dzogchen, Zen, and Advaita Vedanta. Topics span neuroscience, psychology, Stoicism, ethics, psychedelics, productivity, and happiness.

This is a great app for people who have always wanted to meditate, but lacked motivation and structure. Sam is a great guide through everyday sessions and at the same time expands the practice with more and more techniques, nuances and details which make the meditations engaging. After a few sessions I began to linger in meditative state way beyond the usual 10minutes. This means that I am really getting into this, and I can already feel it changing my life. Great app, Mr. Harris. You made us wait, but it was well worth it!!

Without a doubt one of the best guided meditation apps to get started The resources it offers are varied and of high quality. The option of having background sound while you meditate fascinates me.If I could improve something it would be that the application had a journal, a log, of every activity you do in the app. Something like "Date and time, followed by the activity performed and its duration"

I was totally new to meditation and mindfulness when I downloaded the app. Having completed the introductory course, I've noticed a significant decrease in my depressive symptoms and negative thought loops. The app has helped me, for the first time, take a step back from my conscious experience and just "be" without drowning in thought. Highly recommend!
