Fantastic payment app for local transactions. Insanely fast and always reliable. The customer service is also the best I've seen. just one problem. for an app that's the default payment solution for many people, there'll definitely be a LOT of transactions. scanning through such a huge volume of transactions is difficult with the basic filters present. no filter to see all trxs with an account, or searching for a remark. camera feature to scan and transfer to account numbers would be nice too.

Opay is the best so far. I've been using this app and it's so effortless and swift.. I can't even remember the last time I funded my local bank. But what I don't like is the fact that whenever you wanna input an account number, some suggested account details pops up blocking the keypad and one is unable to type the account number he really wants to send money to.. Please look into it

Opay is a very reliable app overall, and I really appreciate the features it offers. However, I’m giving 4 stars because of the Safe Box section. While I understand it’s designed to encourage savings, the fact that someone can withdraw money but still can’t access it until after 24 hours is not fair especially in cases of emergency when quick access is needed. It would be much better if users had the option to get their funds instantly when truly necessary.
