Great people, Carbon! App could be better tho. This version is quirky. I still get prompted to activate biometric authentication, almost each time I log in despite having already set it up. Also, sometimes get the sign on screen displayed when I open the app and I have to enter phone number and the pin, instead of just simply prompt for pin. Kindly fix.

Great app. I wish the feature for paying again from a previous transaction can be restored. It used to be there before. It's usually stressful fishing out account numbers to make transfers. What is available now is the make recurrent feature which is not very useful for me. Also, the list of recent transactions is too short. It can be made longer to make transfers easier. Thanks.

I think it's a great platform. I've used it to meet immediate needs and they've come through with decent interest rates... But can you please update the dated UI to be consistent with or better than the ios app. The experience would be a lot better for me at least. It can be hard to distinguish categories and pick certain services when everything sorta looks alike. And yeah I know your engineering team is on top of it but the occasional lag and delayed response time is becoming a bit frequent
