Fairly useless app. Guess it's OK if you have multiple parcels you want to track, but otherwise you can just use the track and trace website. Anything useful requires an account, like changing what should happen with an incoming parcel when you aren't home. A shame, another company that wants your data and therefore another place that might leak it in an IT incident. I'd prefer having less accounts, not more.

PostNL appears to be taken over by those addicted to seeing engagement metrics go up. They are removing useful features to force interaction with the app or email. App notifications no longer show estimated time and just says to look for it in the app (notification has become less useful). Email subjects used to show the time of delivery and now it just shows "this is the time for your package" and the actual time is only in the body of the email (email subject is less useful). Shameful!

It doesn't work any more. Tried removing app and downloading again. However it still doesn't give information about post or packages that are due to arrive. I receive email notification about packages, but it doesn't show up in the app. Not sure if they have had technical problems for the last 3 weeks or if the app just old and below par Update: Yes, I removed and downloaded it again on Monday. It still doesn't work. It's a useless app. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Bedankt voor de feedback. Ben je al ingelogd in de app? De afgelopen weken hebben we wel wat nieuwe update doorgevoerd waardoor het probleem hopelijk opgelost is. Wanneer je nog steeds problemen ervaart kun je een mailtje sturen naar app@postnl.nl, dus helpen we je daar graag verder.
