Ratings and reviews

Buggy and messy, takes eg two times to choose my profile and there is only me so pls get rid of this new new profile! Then you still have to do a few extra steps to fulfill a payment request (two times finger print). Once a payment has been done and you open the app again, it looks like the payment is still pending. It's frustrating, a joke! All they need to do is get the app to work, but it takes too many steps to complete a payment. Haha mobile banking made easy 😂

Bunq works great, but the new app is horrible. It works well, but slower than before. It's super difficult to find things, there's no privacy on the home tab anymore, and it forces you to have info on crypto, stocks, and so on (maybe this makes it super slow) . Please go back to giving us the freedom to have a more personalized and less cluttered experience.

Trash support and confusing interface. I liked this app until recently when they changed it a lot and now it's confusing and things are all over the place. They charge 2.5% if someone transfers you a "tikkie". Support is worse, you never know if it's a bot or not, cold "empathy", avoiding questions, claims it's 24/7 and they disappear, contradictory solutions and lack of personality. Some of the worst I've ever encountered. I used to recommend it, now I say stay away.
