Simply a horrible app and bank. they blocked my account without any explanation and blocked the option to withdraw money. In the app it says that I could withdraw money from 8 june 2026 (its already 25 July 2026, still shows the same). Thats pretty much stealing my funds. Good thing I did not have a lot deposited there. absolutely do not recommend anyone to engage with this bank unless you want to put your funds at risk.

The bank is fine for basic banking. However don't bother with the business version. you get the core package, and if you try to do anything inside the app, itll force you to a marketing page you can't skip to get into a higher version. don't bother going to the helpdesk, since you'll get an AI that hallucinates answers to you. Good tip - maybe add a "Skip" button to your sketchy market pushes for higher subscriptions, or at least update your tools to say "you need the higher subscription"

Horrible and irresponsible. I opened a savings account, which has 2 withdrawals per month. I put my money in. This month I tried to withdraw a small amount, and canceled it. My "available withdrawals" amount went from "2" to "-1", instead of remaining at "2". Which means - I can't withdrawal my money. I opened a ticket on support. They looked at it and say "yeah you're right it's a bug". It's been almost 2 weeks since, and they just couldn't find a way flip a "-1" to "2" in their database.
