About this app

The Cleanfuel Rewards Mobile App will allow all Cleanfuel cardholders to earn and redeem various items from the loyalty rewards of Cleanfuel using the app. The Rewards app is available to all existing and new cardholders, giving motorists a convenient way to earn and redeem loyalty items from their driving journey. Some of key features and functionalities include the following:

It's super hard to register, it freezes when I click "Continue". I already installed, delete and install again but still it still freeze. There's already an update but still, it still freeze.

Keeps on hanging during registration, please fix this as you do not allow the use of the card anymore and force everyone to use a non working app, our points will expire soon, very good scam you got going on here

Reward claiming is such a big hassle. In the app it will indicate that their branches has stocks of your chosen reward but upon claiming in the branch they will tell you that there is no item. I went to two stores hoping to claim my reward but I ended up being disappointed and tired because no reward of my choice was available.
