Ratings and reviews

If it were possible to rate an application zero out of five stars, I would rate this app a definite zero. Even if you pin the location, it uses a predetermined-by-the-app subdivision name and location. Please use more accurate map data because it causes unnecessary confusion and frustration for both customers and riders.

It cancels your order without giving any reason - waited for 20 minutes for my order just for them to cancel it. Ordered again hoping it was just a mistake, but it got canceled again.

First time user. I took time to order and when I finally placed it, was successfully placed. After some minutes, I received a notice that MY ORDER WAS CANCELED AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN BOTHERED TELLING ME WHY!
