Only 2 stars because it's hard to edit for the correct address. Not my first time to order but everytime i do correction it would always go back to the addresses around my neighborhood. Please do something about this. Frustrating!

It is very frustrating. If 0 is possible, then I would rate 0. The customer is the one who always makes calls to update what's the status of the order even its alreadybeyond the expected time. I always wait 1 hour and 30 mins. They even hang up the call. This is my 4th time experiencing this! I am so disappointed.

If it were possible to rate an application zero out of five stars, I would rate this app a definite zero. Even if you pin the location, it uses a predetermined-by-the-app subdivision name and location. Please use more accurate map data because it causes unnecessary confusion and frustration for both customers and riders.
