Excellent Service. I've been using this service since 2019. Super reliable, almost instant transfers and easy to use. I've had to b contact tech support once or twice over the years. they were responsive and resolved my issues. There are other services out there. I see no reason to stop.ising Remitly. Great app.

Worst experience ever! I don't know why I trusted this app. I sent 1000U$ to a friend in US more than two weeks ago through their express delivery mode and he has still not received the payment ( account number is correct and cross checked). I have contacted their help centre multiple times but to no help and they still investigating. On top of that they saying the transaction can't be reversed and I will not receive the refund because as per them the transaction is completed.

Taptap Send is a superior service with exceptional customer service. I encountered an issue with a completed transaction that I needed to reverse. The issue was resolved swiftly as the funds had not yet been utilized from the recipient's account. With remitly, you have to contact the recipient's bank on your own.
