Any problems are your own. Most recently the app did not save the note I left for the restaurant... So I got food with unwanted ingredients and had to throw it away due to allergy. The help I got was a statement that there is no record of this error... Really Sherlock?! But he did lie saying that within a minute the technical team was able to test and confirm that I never wrote the note. Wonder how someone proves that? Generally, unless it's a simple problem, it's your own problem.

Used to be the best app, but now it's complete trash. My last order at Auchan was cancelled after 6 hours of getting notifications like "the courier will be there in 20 minutes". Today's order was delivered in part 3 hours ago, and since then I've seen around 30 couriers on the map, but none actually arrived. It's 10pm. Support is unreachable, so I can't even cancel the order, it says the response time is a few hours. Never again. Don't bother, use literally any other app.

Customer service is non-existant. Presuming you have an issue with an order ( for ex. late delivery ) and you want to understand what is going on and if it will be delivered or not, forget about it. The only possibility is to write in a chat that is never going to be answered. The other apps are doing way better in terms of responsivity. The orders are combined together so if your order is the last in delivery line, forget about receiving the warm meal you were looking for 🤡
