And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

If the mail doesn't shows up in inbox then its useless for common people. Update : I have got your reply to disable it with smart filter but through web app. However, you can enable it through mobile app and keep it turned off by default and let people choose. Else it may end up with same fate as arattai.

First of all, what a fine product. From interface to user experience to accuracy and speed, Zoho mail has impressed me ever since I've started using it as my primary email. There's is ofcourse room for improvement but overall it's very clean, composed, flexible and looks beautiful while using. I am leaving a few areas where Zoho can improve their emailing service. 1. Give an option to mark an email important. 2. Custom folders should be easy to create. 3. Dark mode can be improved visually.
