Ratings and reviews

I really like zoho mail but the app is getting worse. Every evening for the last couple of weeks it freezes in the middle of reading my mail. I cannot open mail and need to restart my phone. This has been happening for 3-4 months but has now become a daily issue. Helpdesk could not offer help except to update it. It also freezes my entire phone when I try to save images from my mail, forcing a shutdown. Enough!!! Please fix a once great app. PS To your reply - I wrote to you earlier but no help

Works alright, but lacks basic settings for email readability. Can't change font size, if you try to zoom in from the originally tiny text (too small for me to see it), then it rigidly stretches like a picture, doesn't wrap text and also, to make it even worse, even doesn't allow to scroll to see all the text. So the only option is to turn the phone sideways, which is a big annoyance.

Although I clicked on chromebook for reviews, the change button for rating only gave an option for phone. On my phone it works ok. I wanted to download the app for my Chromebook because it wasn't working in the Chrome browser. It used to work in the browser but now after logging in to the dashboard, when I go to my inbox I get an endless loading page. I tried downloading the app on my Chromebook but it doesnt give me an install option. Zoho doesn't work in the browser or app.

What’s new

You can now drag and drop email addresses across recipient fields in the mail composer, and directly copy an email address from the contact card using the copy button.
