About this app

The mZUS mobile app allows you to view selected information available in your [insured person] or [beneficiary] account on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE)/eZUS. With the application:
→ you will apply for benefits from the Active Parent program, i.e.:
a) active parents at work – the benefit is due if you and the person with whom you are raising a child aged 12 to 35 months are professionally active, and the child does not attend a nursery or preschool,
b) active in a nursery – the benefit is due if the child attends a nursery or children's club, or is under the care of a daycare provider,
c) active at home – the benefit is due for a child aged 12 to 35 months,
→ you will apply for the Good Start 300+ benefit and the 800+ parental benefit,
→ you will appeal the decision regarding the Good Start 300+ benefit, the 800+ parental benefit, or the Active Parent program benefit to the President of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS),
→ you will withdraw the application for the Good Start 300+ benefit and the 800+ parental benefit,
→ you will send an attachment to selected benefit application for family benefits,
→ check the status of submitted applications,
→ create a certificate with your insurance or benefit details,
→ read messages for the mZUS application and notifications, i.e., messages that have appeared in your PUE/eZUS account, as well as correspondence from the ZUS Customer Contact Center,
→ you can act on behalf of the person who granted you power of attorney for PUE/eZUS,
→ make an authenticated phone call to the ZUS hotline (ZUS Customer Contact Center),
→ book an e-visit (online visit) and an in-person visit to any ZUS office,
→ use the pension calculator to calculate your projected pension according to the new rules (if you are not yet granted a pension from ZUS),
→ view information about your medical certificates (e-ZLA),
→ view insurance data and contributions, benefits, and pensions and disability benefits.

Before installing the app
Make sure you have a PUE/eZUS account and that it is active. Information on how to create a PUE/eZUS account can be found at www.zus.pl.

App Activation
Install mZUS on your chosen device and connect the app to your PUE/eZUS account.

1. Log in to PUE/eZUS: https://www.zus.pl/ezus/logowanie.
2. In the [Settings] side menu, select [Mobile devices].
3. Click [New device].
4. A QR code (scannable) and a string of characters (manually entered) containing the device's activation code will appear on the screen.
5. Launch the app on your mobile device.
6. Read the terms and conditions of use for the mobile app. 7. Scan the QR code generated in PUE/eZUS or enter the code manually.
Important! Before scanning the QR code, allow the mobile app to access your camera.
8. Enter the verification code you received via your phone number or email address, using the method you used to regain access to PUE/eZUS.
9. Set a four-digit PIN and start using the app.

Ratings and reviews

ZUS is not a friendly institution and nobody likes it I guess, but it's a nice app. It makes many things easier. However, I think they should also include English and especially Ukrainian and Russian language versions of the app, because we have many refugees in Poland, as well as some immigrants.

They should include language option for this application, there are foreigners living in Poland and they need to get access easily to ZUS services.

When trying to login on the website, the code, for adding the device as trusted, never gets sent to my email

W najnowszej wersji aplikacji mZUS możesz:
- zeskanować kod QR i zalogować się do PUE/eZUS,
- uzupełnić wniosek z zakresu świadczeń dla rodziny, czyli dosłać załącznik albo wpisać istotne informacje,
- utworzyć zaświadczenie dotyczące ubezpieczeń lub świadczeń,
- wycofać wniosek o świadczenie 300+ lub 800+ albo odwołać się od decyzji odmownej w sprawie świadczeń dla rodziny.
