Ratings and reviews

Technical issues are common. One very big issue for me, for example, is that they do not allow you to make payments towards your credit card account for TWO WORKING DAYS before the end of the month, even though, legally, you must always be able to manage your account. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Plus there's no option to access/see your savings account on the main page with your other accounts. Other than that, the app is pretty good.

I set up the app and now it says we detected that your equipment isn't in compliance...... my phone has not been rooted and I do not have TeamViewer, b4a, or coincalc installed. everything is up to date.

Basic functions don't work, and the support is very unhelpful. They refuse to open tickets for malfunction in the app and promise that all issues will be solved in the new version of the application, that never comes. Although I contacted both the support line and a in person agency, the issue was not solved, nor any kind of support was offered. The in-App support chat also doesn't provide any solving of issues or useful information.
