Bad user experience, not enough information, not helping the user, suuuper hard to JUST buy a bus ticket!!

Total disaster. At first it worked, it was limited, had some hiccups but worked enough to see schedules and buy tickets. When it had some probs one would contact them and soon enough they would fix it. Now it has been broken for months and when contracting costumer service and there's no reply nor the apps gets fixed. Pretty sure no one is manning the store.
