Ratings and reviews

Any time you reserve a vehicle, the time reserved is charged, even if you end up cancelling the reservation. There was no indication of this on the app before reserving. If I had known, I wouldn't have reserved it. I've used other electric scooter apps (Spin and Lime) and reservation time is never included. All of this info is hidden from you and only shown if you download your invoice. This app seems affordable at first but hits you with hidden charges and fees.

The scooters are useful in a pinch, but I can never rely on them. Maybe my city is just too small, but they're all gone at least half the time (I think because of weather?) They're trying to market to commuters which would be great, except that the price is too high without the subscription (and even a little high with it), but the subscription itself would be a total ripoff if all the scooters suddenly disappear without warning and leave you needing to get to work a different way.

Got almost halfway in to a bike lane when the app stopped the ride because it thought I was on a sidewalk. Had to go back and still got charged. App doesn't let me ask for a refund. Only bot support can't connect to agent. When I try to add a picture of the issue the app said it can't add picture because lack of permissions but it's all permited on phone settings. Predatory behavior, avoid at all cost.
