Rubbish app. Even mobile is on silent. The sound doesn't get off when you see transactions' history, add money, or transaction is failed. All the time sound is loudly played. Secondly, most of times, when you add money, then, transactions is failed. This app doesn't allow you to add money via Visa card but mada only. As of now, this is One of the worse wallet service among all. Another bad feature. Once you have intitated the international transfer. It takes hours to transfer to beneficiary.

Good offer they have. But for complain there action is very very slow. I sent remittance from this application but until now doesn't come. I try to reach there customer service but still they cannot refund my money. I don't kknow what kind fo service they have. Even for cancel the transaction and refund the money but they cannot do. Very very Poor service.

Service good, everything going smooth, but here have a problem about customers care, they send me message that i have an issue with my International beneficiary. I call them and solve it. Next month when i send money they send me message again same issue. Untill now i three months i face that issue, today i call customers care they hold me 15 min. 3 times no answer. I hope tiqmo management should more serious about their customers. Thank you.
