Ratings and reviews

It is just a fancy app for checking your balance. You can not recharge your balance using any methods listed in the "pay with card" option. Always get "Oops. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are going to fix it as soon as we can" yet the problem yes been occurring for a few months now. The customer service in the app is also useless. They never answer when you open a problem ticket.

One of the worst apps I have ever encountered, I hope I could given it -5 stars. It always has errors, even in the simplest and most common services like recharging your mobile. It gives errors that transaction can not be done now, the keyboard does not appear to enter the digits, etc. To use the app, it also requires an internet package to be already activated on your mobile, in spite that all major operators, their apps services have direct access to the internet. It is rubbish at the least.

The mySTC app is truly one of the best telecom apps I’ve used. It is very easy to use, with a clean, fast, and user-friendly interface. Managing my lines, tracking usage, paying bills, and subscribing to services is seamless and hassle-free. The app also offers amazing deals on phones, laptops, and home appliances, making it a great all-in-one digital marketplace. You can even buy vouchers directly through the app and enjoy wonderful installment deals when using Prime billing.
