This is a very bad experience. Although it is easy to send money, you have to face many problems to get the money. When you send it to a bank account, it is left under review for 3 to 5 days. I sent it through cash pickup two days ago and it is still pending. Their customer care service is very bad. They don't want to pick up the phone and when you ask for something, they open a ticket and say goodbye, the problem is not solved.Where all the companies give cash pickup within minutes, Barq didnot

very bad. I can't complete my profile. always showing "sorry, your application has been declined". sometimes showing pending. 2 times I have complained. support team said, problem resolved, but again if I want to complete my profile, same message is showing, "sorry your application has been declined". now I think, this application not for me. there is no way to complete my profile. support team is not good. they can't solve problem.

At first, my transfers were going with no issue but currently i have a transfer that's still showing in progress for almost 2 weeks now. Customer service keep saying it will be process and when i even create ticket all i got is automated respond. Your customer service can't help at all to solve issue apart from saying wait they are working on it. Its not normal for 2 weeks u can't process a transfer and nobody in your customer service can say what's the issue. Poor service.
