Worst experience ever. My account has been blocked for a year and a half, and no one is helping. I have made countless calls and raised so many tickets, but the support team just keeps saying my name doesn't match. I even changed my name, but they still refuse to unlock my account. I have provided photos of my updated documents in both tickets and emails, but still no help. Every time I call, they just tell me they can't help and try to end the call. Absolutely useless service.

I have been using the Barq app for the past year, and it was good initially. The transfer rates are also very low nowadays. However, recently, I have been facing frequent “Under Review” issues when sending money in emergencies. Last month, my transfer remained under review for 4–5 days. I contacted customer care and raised a ticket, but the issue was not resolved, and the amount was eventually refunded. This delay is very inconvenient, especially during emergencies.

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing service. I made an international transfer, and the transaction shows as “Paid,” but the recipient still has not received the money. I have already contacted support, but the issue has not been resolved. This is very frustrating, especially when the money is urgently needed. Please improve your customer support and resolve transfer issues quickly.
