Ratings and reviews

Power apps! easy to use for booking and returning. However, take note when the carpark home lot is located at the lowest basement or blind spots for mobile networks. Be prepared to wait a little longer before establishing /connecting to the GetGo server. Due to the network, we must plan ahead to avoid the late return penalty. Another to highlight, please schedule regular cleaning of the car, especially during the maintenance period. Overall brilliant application for car sharing. Recommended 👍

GetGo locations are accessible although it would be good to park away from the corners to take photos easily. At times, it is dangerous to take photos at the back. The app is inconsistent at times, on the connectivity to the car. Cleanliness of the car can be massively improved with defects not being repaired for a very long time. (Dents, scratches, engine light etc) Support has been a breeze though, most of my issues are solved in a jiffy.

This car sharing program makes life more convenient with easy access to cars. The fleet of cars are quite good and work well. The cars could be cleaned better though. Some of the cars are probably parallel imports- the language on the dashboard is Japanese, makes it impossible to know if there's something wrong with the car if any warning messages flashes. The app is easy to use with all the necessary information. Pricing model is good. So much better than Bluecar!
