this app is from the 2000s. separate app to track spending. app is slow and unresponsive. Customer service is also easily the worst I have seen. Ask to select spend category upon signup but assigns you default categories that you didn't pick. predatory to evade signup bonus upon eligible spend if you ask me. Customer service don't respond to emails as well. Avoid.

I experienced an issue with the PayNow payment process where the app was lagging and unresponsive during the transaction. Due to the lack of clear confirmation, I made a second attempt, which resulted in a duplicate payment. The app has been consistently laggy since I first started using it, which makes basic transactions frustrating and unreliable. The PayNow option becomes very difficult to rely on. Clearer transaction confirmation and improved performance are needed to prevent such issues.

Unable to use the app since reinstalled on my new phone. It seems to have issues on Chinese brand phones after reading the reviews. Screen sharing and screen recording is ON. Not able to use the App is definitely not my loss, the loss is yours Maybank. I hope you are seeing this.
