I have ordered a few items on this app, that are expected to arrive this week. A few of the items I ordered were expected to arrive weeks ago! I haven't received any of my orders yet, and am considering cancelling the order. Which is a definite waste of my money :( I recommend this app if you want good deals and cheap items. However I do not recommend this at all if you don't like waiting so long, not even knowing if your order will arrive. However sometimes the order doesn't arrive. Watch out!

I have so far, bought many items from Wish, a lot have far exceeded my expectations. But I have had a couple that have sent me different items, that were not the items that I wanted, and ignore me when I sent a message. Wish needs to improve the service of certain stores, that decide to send substandard items in place of the ones bought. The items can take a long time to be delivered, and some well after the expected delivery date.

Updated review: I'll no longer shop on wish as the last 8 items ordered never arrived. A refund was given but only for the cost of the item and not for post & package, which in many cases is a lot more than the item cost, so I lost out. Since you started using Hermes to deliver, that's when I stopped getting items. Anything they can't put through the door, they put in the bin and don't leave a card. Change back to Royal Mail.
