Once you get used to the way the site works it's not so bad. I have brought a few things they take a while to arrive and the after sales are good ,. I received the wrong item and was reimbursed for the item very quickly. I have lowered down to 2 stars because having tried the app again, I can't understand why you have to pay postage even on small items so if you spend, say £30 . unlike AliExpress and temu on many items it's free if you spend a certain amount . also the price's are not great.

I have ordered a few items on this app, that are expected to arrive this week. A few of the items I ordered were expected to arrive weeks ago! I haven't received any of my orders yet, and am considering cancelling the order. Which is a definite waste of my money :( I recommend this app if you want good deals and cheap items. However I do not recommend this at all if you don't like waiting so long, not even knowing if your order will arrive. However sometimes the order doesn't arrive. Watch out!

I have so far, bought many items from Wish, a lot have far exceeded my expectations. But I have had a couple that have sent me different items, that were not the items that I wanted, and ignore me when I sent a message. Wish needs to improve the service of certain stores, that decide to send substandard items in place of the ones bought. The items can take a long time to be delivered, and some well after the expected delivery date.
