The GetYourGuide App was brilliant on a 3 day trip to Rome. It allowed us to book all the tickets and tours we needed, and keep them all in one place. It's also great for browsing different options, and you can search by date which was very handy. It made our trip so much easier and more organised. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The services offered are chaotic but effective, but PLEASE ensure that you have booked the correct thing because they don't give refunds, and the bookings can be very unclear. If you've booked FROM the airport instead of booking TO the airport, you're not going! And they're not going to help either. Although I had initially given a 5* review, the fiasco experienced on the route back totally ruined the whole experience for me. Not sure I'd use them again as a result. There are alternatives

I made a genuine error booking two experiences of the same type at the same time (it can be confusing when so many options are given for the same thing). I only discovered this when downloading the voucher less than 24 hours before the activities began. GYG were just not interested in helping me out or getting a refund or even refunding the portion of the price that went to them and not the local operator. "Terms and conditions" trumped trying to help a customer. Not impressed.
