Ratings and reviews

I use this app a lot. It is brilliant, but from some time I can't access my bookings - past, present or future - it shows me an error "Something went wrong on our end". It is very annoying as I can't find the address, correspondence or I can't check if the booking has a breakfast included. Literally nothing is accessible. I am willing to give this app 5 stars, but it is not functional at this moment.

"One Key" Cashback rate terrible compared to old system. I used to get 1 free night based on the average price of the last 10 nights, which was the equivalent to 10%. The new "one key" rate is around 1 or 2%. Absolutely ridiculous. Been a Gold customer for years. Absolutely no reason to stay anymore. Booking dot com have a better selection of hotels at a better price.

App is very glitchy. After applying a reward night during booking, this was then taken off after booking and we ended up having to pay for the whole price. Their fully refundable deals are also not free, and generally priced at an extra £100, so flexibility comes at a high price. Since the app was upgraded, every booking I've made has been riddled with issues. It is no longer a reliable app. Only extra star is because of the membership rewards.
