البرنامج ممتاز ولكن صار أخر التحديثات لا يظهر لي خانة حجز تذاكر الطيران حاولت اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء مرات كثيره ولكن للأسف لم أحصل على حل المشكله اذا لم يتم حل مشكلتي سوف أحذف البرنامج نهائيا

التطبيق رائع و من اوائل التطبيقات اللي استخدمتها للحجوزات خدمة العملاء عندهم عالية المستوى و تفاعلهم ممتاز لكن في ملاحظة مهمة يجب على التطبيق عملها و هي تحديث صور و معلومات الفنادق بصورة سنوية على الاقل لان في أماكن موجودة قمة الروعة و لكن في الواقع تجدها سيئة للغاية

لا تقم بالدفع مقدما لحجزك وإلا ستسرق. عند الحجز والدفع، ستجد هناك تأخير في وصول الحجز للفندق، مما سيتسبب لك بالتعطيل أنصح الكل بعدم دفع قيمة الحجز مقدما، حيث أن بعض الفنادق تقوم بإنكار انك دفعت، وتجعلك تدفع مرة أخرى. وطبعا الدعم الفني بطيء ولا يتصرف. عند تعرضك للنصب بأن تحجز بمكان وتعطى في مكان آخر، الدعم الفني لا يقدم لك الحماية ولا التعويض، وتذهب أموالكم سدى. أسوء دعم فني. كذلك عند التواصل مع الدعم الفني لن يقوموا بالرد عليك، يسبب أن الخطأ منهم، لذا أحذر الدفع في موقع بوكينج وإلا تعرضت للضرر
