Having trouble logging into the app? First try your username and password. If you do not have a username and password from your benefits portal you will need an Access Code. To retrieve the Access Code, log into your benefit portal and find the MyChoice Mobile App logo. For more help email [e-mail].

We’re at it again, improving our app for you! With this release, you’ll be alerted to unread messages with a red dot on the Profile button, you can view multiple dependents or beneficiaries, and moving through the pages of the app is more intuitive. Of course, we’ve squashed some bugs, this time related to registration and ID cards. Jump in and enjoy!
