Program Class

- Strengthening Programs: these are specific workouts to strengthen a deficient muscle segment. For example: knees, rotator cuff, lower back and forearms.

- Legendary Series: original training programs from bodybuilding and fitness legends such as Arnold, Dorian, Franco Columbu, Frank Zane and many others that we add over time.

- Special Series: specific bodybuilding and functional programs for sports such as cycling, wrestling, running, TAF (PM Physical Aptitude Test) and special conditions such as pregnancy and post-operative silicone.
